Shipping

Thank you for making a purchase with me! I use the normal postoffice i DK when i ship prints and originals. Shipping goes out twice a week and is usually delivered within 1-3 days within DK. International orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered; please allow up to 3-4 weeks in transit to be sure!

Returns

If you have any problems with your product, please contact me as quickly as possible. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 2 weeks in original condition. Items can only be returned/exchanged, if they were purchased from this website. More information below:

When you shop at www.josephinelisberg.com as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify me by unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt of the item. You can send an email to josephinelisberg@gmail.com. You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

You must pay for the package to be returned. When returning, it is your responsibility to ensure that the art are properly packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number. If you want to exchange an item for another item, a new item is sent free of charge.

IMPORTANT: please send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of regret, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have given us notice that you have regretted.
